The Caviale del Centa, a delicious cream, regained ancient flavours which were the base of Mediterranean diet times ago, like olives and anchovies. In the late 1960 Domenico Sommariva mixed these ingredients and, through a particular processing, created a balance in taste so that the Caviale del Centa has become that characteristic and high-valuable product which is nowadays.
