Parma Coppa

Coppa di Parma is a traditional Parmesan sausage made from the pork neck muscle. After a minimum of 90 days curing, the coppa is ready to be sliced and served: an excellent appetizer, it tastes savory and sweet at the same time, which lends itself well to be enjoyed with a good white wine.
