The collection of wild flowers is far from any pollution source. The honey is extracted by centrifugation and then it is filtered, decanted and put into jars, produced without any heat treatment. Thanks to this procedure the basic physico-chemical and organoleptic characteristics of honey is not altered, and then the honey keeps intact all its beneficial properties.
