The Parmigiano-Reggiano Sauce is produced by the same Farm producing the Parmigiano-Reggiano of our store, so it's a guarantee of high quality ingredients and no preservatives or jelling agents added.

Therefore, it must be kept in the refrigerator; once opened, it should be used up within 30 days.
