Sales Terms and Conditions


Product Prices, Specifications and Availability

All prices include VAT; the reference currency for transactions is the Euro (€). The essential characteristics of the goods are those contained in the description on each product detail page. All products for sale online are in stock, except where otherwise noted.

We do not ship alcoholic beverages (e.g., wine, beer, spirits) internationally.

Payment Methods

The available payment methods are the online payment by credit card or other means of electronic payment, payment by advance bank transfer, and cash on delivery. Electronic payments are managed on behalf of the merchant by trusted third parties employing the most advanced security and confidentiality standards. Payment by bank transfer shall be made no later than three days from the order date. Cash on delivery payment shall be made in cash upon delivery. Delivery

Deliveries are made via shipment by express courier, usually carried out within two business days from the order receipt (orders with payment by advanced bank transfer will be processed after the corresponding payment has been verified). Delivery times are estimated within 24-48 hours from shipment (depending on destination). Any shipping fees charged to the Customer are clearly indicated in the order summary. Each shipment is accompanied by a tracking number with which the Customer can check the transit status of their shipment. The delivery will be made to the shipping address specified in the order form. For information on delivery times and shipping costs, please refer to the Shipping & Delivery page.

In Case of Failed Delivery

If the recipient is absent at the time of delivery, the driver will leave a notice and then make a new delivery attempt on the following day, up to a maximum of three delivery attempts. The Customer shall make contact with the carrier if they want to have their shipment to be delivered to a different address, reschedule delivery for a day when they will be available to receive it, or arrange to collect the shipment at the premises of the carrier. After the third unsuccessful delivery attempt, the carrier will hold the shipment at a nearby facility for five days before returning it to the sender. C.O.D. shipments will be returned to sender the same day as the final delivery attempt is made.

In Case of Damaged Goods

Upon delivery, the customer shall verify the number of packages and carefully check the external appearance of the parcels. If the number of delivered parcels does not correspond to that indicated on the waybill, on the accompanying invoice or transport document, or if the packaging offers clear signs of tampering, alteration or deformation leading to assume any damage or alteration of the contents, the Customer shall refuse the shipment or, alternatively, accept it by signing the consignment note with the wording "WITH RESERVE" in order to verify the condition of the goods. In the event that one or more items are not in perfect condition because they were damaged during transport, the Customer shall promptly notify the merchant via the contact details listed on the Customer Care page. As soon as possible the merchant will arrange the return of the damaged items at own expenses and replace them or refund the Customer of the paid amount if the products are out of stock.

Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to the Legislative Decree no. 185 of 05/22/1999 and to the Directive 97/7/EC, the Customer can exercise the right of withdrawal no later than 10 working days from the receipt of goods, informing the merchant of their willingness to exercise that right by one of the following means: e-mail or fax sent to the contact details listed on the Customer Care page, registered letter sent to the registered office of the merchant. The Customer shall then at own expenses return the goods, intact and in their original packaging, to the merchant within 15 days of receiving the merchant's authorization to return the goods. The merchant will refund the Customer the entire amount paid for the purchased goods as soon as possible, and in any case within than 30 days from the refund application, by making a bank transfer on the Customer's bank account, by sending a non-trasferable cheque made payable to the Customer, or by transferring the online credit card transaction (depending on the payment method originally used by the Customer). The right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of goods made to the Customer's specifications or clearly personalized or which, by reason of their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

Applicable Law and Choice of Forum

The laws of the Italian Republic, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, shall govern these Sales Terms and Conditions and any dispute of any sort that might arise between the Customer and the merchant. Any dispute regarding distance contracts shall be submitted to the court of justice of the place of residence of the Customer, if located within the Italian State (art. 12 Legislative Decree no.50/1992); to the court of Parma (Italy) in all other cases.
