Shipping Rates and Destinations

Shipping is free on all orders of 100 Euro and over. For orders under 150 Euro a shipping fee will apply, based on the destination and total weight of the goods in the shipment, according to the following rates:

Courier and packaging

All of our shipments are handled by DHL, in order to ensure the most timely, safest service. We employ packagings that will protect your purchases from accidental bumps and temperature changes. In addition, products requiring controlled-temperature transport will travel cool, thanks to the use of envelopes containing refrigerating gel, a special substance suitable for the refrigeration of fresh or frozen foods.

Delivery Times

Shipments are delivered normally within 24 hours from shipment to any destination in Italy, excluding Calabria and Islands and some remote locations, where delivery times can stretch up to 48 hours. International shipments are delivered within 48 hours. At the time of shipment you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number that will allow you to check the transit status of your shipment online.

In order to minimize transit times and further preserve the freshness of our products, during the period from April 1 to October 31 shipments of orders received on Thursdays and Fridays are made on the following Monday; all other orders are processed normally on the same day or on the following working day.
