Obtained from the pressing of olives of 'Frantoio', 'Moraiolo' and' Leccino' varieties. This oil has an excellent fruity taste, with hints of artichoke and fresh grass, it's slightly bitter and deliciously spicy and it fits well on foods like legumes, vegetables, bruschette ( = toasted bread seasoned with oil and garlic and diced tomatoes), and all that requires a ''strong'' oil.
